He shared that he likes to “keep it real” with shoppers and treats everybody “exactly the same”, regardless of whether a customer pulls up in a Bentley or a bike.Their 27-year-old son Jack is also involved in the family business too.

Not only did Paul and Tracy run a garden centre in Upminster for more than a decade, they also then built and opened the site in Battlesbridge too.He confirmed: “We are a proper garden centre – we sell plants. I do not do coffee shops. We do not have one of those. We are 100 per cent plant based.”
