Millionaire in £130k SUV slammed for using disabled bay because ‘time is money’
Luke Desmaris, a self-professed “seven-figure trader” from Chelmsford, Essex, argued his case by claiming that he is a “quick person” and “time is money”.One fumed: “No right to park there.”



Luke said: “To be honest with you mate, I’m a very quick person.Luke, 28, claims to have made a fortune on cryptocurrency and foreign exchange markets and advertises a training course on social media offering to teach others how to follow in his footsteps.Another cried: “Rich people don’t hang out in the [supermarket] car park.”Parking in a disabled bay is an offence, punishable by a fine of up to £100.
