Plane crash horror as aircraft smashes into field with man rushed to hospital

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.06pm today (7 September) to reports of a plane crash near Romford Road, Upminster.“We treated one patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre by road.”
