Tragedy as girl & boy die in horror ‘hit-and-run crash’ – with man & woman arrested after ‘fleeing scene’

TWO children have died in a horror car crash with cops arresting a man and a woman after they fled the scene.Emergency services attended the scene and fought to save the children but both of them tragically passed away.

A man and a woman have since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and failing to stop at the scene of a collision.The statement added: “Please quote incident 931 of 1 February.The car which hit the young pair failed to stop after the deadly smash, an Essex Police spokesperson confirmed.The pair remain in custody.
