Can we know if and when a carer has completed their visit?

  • We are currently developing a check-in/check-out feature for our Utmost client app. It will let you know when the carer arrives at the care recipient’s location and when they leave. This feature will be rolled out later this year.

    Temporarily, if you would like to check up on a carer’s whereabouts, we recommend that you message them via our app or give them a quick phone call.
